I love Asian food, except for Chinese and Filipino food..
My favorite is Thai without a doubt. We have the best thai place here in town..mmm..its just delicious..love peanut sauce and the spiciness they offer! My favorite dishes are, phad thai noodles with chicken(the spiciest they offer) Chicken Spring rolls, chicken fried rice, chicken satay(chicken skewers) and swimming rama(bed of spinach with beef or chicken and peanut sauce!! yummy!
I really like Korean Japanese, Cantonese and Vietnamese! Sushi, kim chi, rice, noodles, Miso soup! yummy!
I also love AUTHENTIC Italian food...we have a delicious(but very expensive) restuarant called Bella Italia, the owners are from Rome..Soo good..I do like olive garden, but is not authentic and more commercialized..just like the homestyle off Authentic food..
I dont like eating out at mexican restuarants because mines better! lol..just like everything else, commercialized..all taste the same...like we really put yellow cheese on our beans...maybe some queso fresco or panela, oaxaca or cotija! but not cheddar..
I am curious to know why you don't like Chinese food. I used to not like it, but my heusband is chinese, so I had to learn to like it. I also learned that what theynsell at thenrestaurant is very different to what chinese food really should taste like. I like any kind of food, except beef, so any ethnic food is fine. I do love Indian, but not to have it every day. I like real italian food, not the drowning pasta that they serve here. My least favorite is the french because theyndriwn everything with sauces. British is surprising, and in fact the best meal that I have ever had at a restaurant has been in London. They take pride of their food and do it to perfection. I love puertorican food, but the way I make it. i never go to eat it out because they do not make it well.

I'm not picky when it comes to foreign cuisine. I love anything really. Chinese: Chow mein. Brocili beef. Pork fried rice. Sweet and sour pork.
Mexican: From my grandma's kitchen & my moms kitchen. My grandma's homemade chille rellinos. My moms homemade tortillas. My grandma's & my mom's homemade tamales. Tacos. Rice. Beans. Nachos smoothered with the works.
Vegetables: Everything!! And I mean everything!! Thank God I married a produce clerk (: (:
Seafood: Everything!! And I mean everything!! Mm with garlic & melted butter (: (:
American: Everything!! :drools: Medium rare steak (: (:
Italian: Pasta!! (: (:
My weakness: Mayonaise and cheese (: (: (: (:
Mexican, Greek and Chinese. are my favorites.
