Post your recipe for the Panera salad! Let's add to the list. :)
Quoting Poodles:
I love the Asian chicken salad that Applebee's has...but i hear it is LOADED with fat and calories.
I was able to duplicate one of Panera's salads once, had a southwestern flair....it turned out delicious.
I didn't really use a recipe, just added the same ingredients. I think I mixed BBQ sauce in with ranch dressing to duplicate the southwestern flavor. It's been a while since we had it and I made it...so I can't remember what all was in it.
I will look later at their website as see if I can find it though.
This is all I could find at Panera.com about the salad we liked.
BBQ Chopped ChickenAll-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tortilla strips & BBQ ranch dressing, drizzled with BBQ sauce.
