Hungarian Steak Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 3 tbls. olive oilshopping list
- 1 lg. onion diced shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 2 tbls. flourshopping list
- 1 3 oz. can mushrooms with liquid shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celeryshopping list
- 1 cup sour creamshopping list
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauceshopping list
- 1 tsp. each of salt and peppershopping list
- 1 tbls. worcestershire sauceshopping list
How to make it
- In pan, brown meat in olive oil
- Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent
- Stir in flour then remaining ingredients
- Mix thoroughly and put into buttered casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/2-2 hours.
- I've served with buttered noodles or rice.
