I have two chicken breasts thawing in my fridge for tonite, but have no clue how I should prepare them or what to do. I get tired of preparing the same meal. I usually bake them or make pasta with chicken. I want something different any suggestions ladies......
I season mine with sazon, a lil of adobo, sofrito & balsamic vinager & just grill it with a lil of spam, hope you like it

Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast without skin or bone (150 gr)
1 teaspoon olive oil or low-fat margarine
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste.
How to prepare:
In a nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil or margarine and water over low flame and water separately; breast lightly browned. Aside mix the other ingredients (lemon and tarragon) and add them to the chicken, in the end, add salt and pepper. Simmer the covered pan for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked

I bake my chicken breasts in chicken broth, cut them up and add them to many yummy cassseroles. Let me know if you like casseroles and I can dig out some of my favorites to share with you.

Yo tenia el otro dia dos tambien,Los corte en tiras,Los puse en una bandeja de hornear cubiertas de aluminum foil, les eche una taza de mayonesa mesclada con media taza de mostaza y una una Latita de Hongos. 30 minutes at 375 F y despues 15 a 350F
A mi esposo le gusto tanto que queria commerse el plato. La puedes server con arroz y ensalada o arroz y papas
