A pedido de una de nuestras amigas les envio esta receta de los alfajores, son muy ricos y suavecitos, rellenos con manjarblanco, pero lo disfruten
Ingredientes para los alfajores de maicena:
1 1/2 tazas (165 gramos) de maicena
1 1/2 tazas (165 gramos) de harina sin preparar*
1 1/2 cucharaditas (7,2 gramos) de polvo de hornear*
3/4 cucharadita (4,2 gramos) de sal*
1/4 cucharadita (1,2 gramos) de bicarbonato de soda*
6 cucharadas (42 gramos) de azúcar en polvo (azúcar impalpable)
1 taza (225 gramos) de mantequilla sin sal (si utilizas mantequilla con sal, omite la sal de la receta)
Manjar blanco para rellenar
Puedes reemplazar la harina sin preparar más polvo de hornear, sal y bicarbonato de soda por 1 1/2 tazas de harina preparada
Precalienta el horno a 150ºC (aproximadamente 300ºF) y coloca la rejilla lo más centrada posible dentro del horno. Cubre una lata para hacer galletas con papel manteca,o engrásala bien.
Cierne juntos los ingredientes secos, Agrega la mantequilla, lo mejor es tenerla a temperatura ambiente cortala en cubos y ponla dentro de la mezcla de ingredientes secos
Si tuvieses batidora, bate a la velocidad mínima (para que no te salga una nube de harina) hasta que se incorpore toda la mantequilla Sabrás que está lista cuando se empiezan a formar bolitas de masa y se despegan del recipiente .Si no tuvieses batidora, puedes utilizar un tenedor. Va a tomar más tiempo, pero es la forma tradicional de preparar los alfajores.
Cuando la masa se empiece a despegar y forme bolitas como del tamaño de una canica, voltéala sobre una superficie limpia, ligeramente enharinada. Puede ser el repostero de la cocina,o la mesa,Presiónala con los dedos hasta formar una bola esta tinene que ser facil de formar.
Estira la masa con un rodillo ligeramente enharinado. El grosor usual de los alfajores es de 3 a 4 mm, pero realmente depende del gusto de cada quién, así que estíralos a tu gusto
Corta los alfajores en la forma que prefieras utilizando un cortador para galletas o el borde de un vaso.
Coloca los alfajores en la placa, lata o bandeja para galletas que preparaste. No van a crecer mucho así que puedes ponerlos bien juntos.
Hornéalos unos 15 a 20 minutos. Como siempre, el tiempo de horneado depende de tu horno y tu gusto. A mí me gustan bien blanquitos, así que yo dejé unos 15 minutos. Una vez listos, sácalos del horno y déjalos enfriar en la lata unos 10 minutos. Una vez fríos, rellénalos a tu gusto con el manjarblanco y espolvorealos con azucar en polvo a disfrutarlo!!!!!

Gracias amiga, se ven riquisimos ya hasta se me hizo agua la boca los voy a tratar de hacer luego te cuento aver si me quedan igual!!
Que bueno amiga, veras que te saldran bien, yo tambien tenia el temor al principio pero para ser la primera vez me salio muy bueno con decirte que no duro mucho .... te aconsejo que hagas la mitad de la receta para que pruebes ... mucha suerte y espero me cuentes
