What supplements do you take? Que supplementos tomas?
I take super omegas/omegas cargados, b complex/complejo b, flaxeed in my smoothies/linasa en mis licuados, vitamin c/vitamina c.
ohhhh!!! la verdad no.. he querido unas para mis joints pero siempre se me olvida... =/
