Wash your potatoes and parboil until almost tender. When done, drain them, drizzle with just a little touch of olive oil and roll in a tablespoon of sea salt, a little freshly ground black pepper and the rosemary. Preheat the oven to 425F. Put the potatoes in a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes until golden, or wrap them in aluminum foil and throw them on the grill for the same amount of time.

• 2lb 3oz Yukon gold or other small potatoes 
• 1 tablespoon olive oil 
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 sprigs of rosemary, leaves picked and bashed



My family love this potatoes.. is very simple. Sometimes we have them w some green salad  .. other  days with chicken or fish .. 

I normally buy small potatoes.

 yummy... a mi hija le encantan las papitas.... ultimamente con sal de ajo.. o sal de cebolla... le encantan!!!! hare esta receta definitivamente !!! gracias

de nada.. si a nosotros nos gusta la sal de ajo tambien nunca he probado la de cebolla .. voy atener que probarla

 Esta buena... mi hija a todo le quiere poner sal de ajo... pero a todo.. hasta si hace un sandwich o una quesadilla... =/ mañas de comer... ahora la novedad es la de cebolla... esta ultima vez que fuimos a la despensa andaba de novedosa y hecho las dos al carrito... yo quiero encontrar la de apio.. pora qui vi a una mama que la probo.. hay que probar cosas nuevas vdd??? buenas noches!!!
