heck yes, all the time.  I love egg omelettes at night, waffles and cereal too.  I always feel like eating something breakfastey at night

Then you would feel right at home in my house.  My oldest son is always whipping up some eggs & some kind of breakfast meat, everyone loves cereal & yeah I agree omlettes are good any time of day!

 Uy si.. demasiadas veces... aunque luego se burlen de mi.. a mi esposo le gustan mucho los homelets para la cena.. o huevos rancheros o sandwiches de huevo con queso.. cosas que normalmente yo acostumbro para el almuerzo o el desayuno... =)

 Not too often.  I don't like breakfast foods, really...but I did serve a vegetarian frittata last week and some soy sausage to go with it. 

I also have a tofu scramble recipe that cooks up like eggs.  Close.  ;)
