 BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 pounds)
  • 14 sesame seed hamburger buns, split

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cut roast in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Pour ketchup mixture over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
  •    Remove meat and shred with two forks. Skim fat from cooking juices. Return meat to slow cooker; heat through. Using a slotted spoon, serve beef on buns. Yield: 14 sandwiches.

 Yeah!  I finally found a good bbq sauce recipe!  This was not too hot for me, just perfect.

 Ingredientes   • 2 tazas de salsa de tomate   • 1 cebolla mediana, picada   • sidra 1/4 taza de vinagre   • melaza 1/4 taza   • 2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa   • 2 dientes de ajo, picados   • 1/2 cucharadita de sal   • molido 1/2 cucharadita de mostaza   • pimienta 1/2 cucharadita   • ajo 1/4 cucharadita de polvo   • 1/4 cucharadita de hojuelas de pimiento rojo triturado   • 1 plato asado de carne de vacuno deshuesada (3 libras)   • 14 de sésamo bollos para hamburguesas de semillas, dividido instrucciones   • En un tazón grande, combine los primeros 11 ingredientes. Cortar asado a la mitad, en lugar a 5-qt. olla de cocción lenta. Vierta la mezcla de la salsa de tomate sobre el asado. Tape y cocine a fuego lento durante 8-10 horas o hasta que la carne esté tierna.   • Retire la carne y triturar con dos tenedores. Quite la grasa del caldo de la cocción. Volver a la olla eléctrica, el calor a través. Con una cuchara ranurada, servir carne en los bollos. Rendimiento: 14 sándwiches.
