I have a bunch of tomatoes i need to use before they spoil. My boys love eating salsa so i thought i could make some and can it. Only problem is i've made salsa for them before and lets just say it didn't get the best reviews. One time it was too hot, another time not hot enough, etc. Anyone have a good recipe that falls somewhere in between??
I have made this because it is very mild. It uses canned tomatoes, but I'm sure you could process you own tomatoes and proceed with the recipe. I have my own canned tomatoes on hand and then I just mix up the rest.

I also add corn. I like this one because it doesn't have cilantro.
