So two or three days ago my oldest daughter is in her room with Audrey and both of them come out of the room holding hands. My oldest tell me that Audrey told her: Nena, night night. I was surprise since Audrey say word bt have never asked for anything like that. It was past their bedtime but I woke up late that day so everything went late that day. Now today I am peeing lol and Audrey comes in to the bathroom and tell me "night night" and I ask her you want to go night night? And she look at me with those beautiful eyes and tell me "night night". Aaaawwww my princess is saying how she feels. Now Jr AND Audrey both are talking and saying what they want. I am beyond excited that between the last two weeks both of them told me phrases!!!!
baby girl is growing :( :)
That is awesome!! How exciting it must be to hear your kids say their first words. I am still waiting on my two year old to say something..
I am very very excited! I was waiting for a long time to get Jr to say something everyone could understand. His therapies start again the 19th of this month and they are twice a week. He's getting better every day with OT as well. I always thought that Audrey was going to talk faster than Jr but she took longer than I thought. But that's Audrey, she do thing when she wants too not when I want too. lol

They always say we are on their time frame not ours so patience is key. I know it's hard because every day I wonder when my son will say his first official word and then some days i'm just happy to see him communicate in other ways. We are up to two therapies a week as well and OT once a week.
