I am thinking probably around Dec 1st.

 I put mine up the weekend after Thanksgiving and don't take them down until that first week in January.

We usually get it the first week of December or so, and we take it down sometime after January 6. 

i usually wait until the weekend of thanksgiving.. im not looking foward to it this year though, there is only one income in the house right now so things are tight,, christmas is going to have to be scaled down this year!

I don't really have a certain time that I start.
