There was a time that everyone in a neighborhood or town helped out in raising & disciplining the children.
Times are very different now, but if we are lucky we have one or two people in our lives that have a big influence in our children's lives.
Who can you say was your biggest help (aside from you & the children's father)?

Hubo un tiempo en que todo el mundo en un barrio o un pueblo ayudaban en la crianza y disciplina de los niños.
Los tiempos son muy diferentes ahora, pero si tenemos la suerte, tenemos una o dos personas en nuestras vidas que tienen una gran influencia en la vida de nuestros hijos.

With my teenager my biggest help was mostly my grandmother who babysat him while I worked. I was a single parent doing it all on my own since his dad didn't step up to do a thing. I owe her a lot and I'm glad I did what I could on my own and with her help to raise a smart good young man without a man in his early young years. for the past 5 years my fiancé has helped a lot and I'm thankful to have a good man showing him I become one too.
