I used to exercise regularly, then got too "busy" being a mom that I put it on the back burner and would only exercise when I had extra time, if ever. But lately, maybe the past 3 weeks, I've been committing to 15 minutes/day minimum, making sure I schedule time to exercise.
I use My Fitness Coach program that I found for my Wii.
I've been feeling great, more energy, more toned & it's nice taking time for me.
As much as I love and put my all into mi familia, I have to take care of myself, tambien so I can continue caring for them. ;)

I'm embarrassed =C but have to admit that I don't do regular exercise.. but want to start!!!! not to loss weight but to be fit.

i will start the 30 days shred today. I will do it once a day then in like 3-5 days do it twice and stay like that for ever and maybe doing 30 minutes walk to get my daughter at her school and come back.
How long do you commit to your exercise routine? - Usually the workouts I do are between 45-60mins. Sometimes I will do 30 mins workouts if I am pressed for time or doing one of Jillian Michaels DVDs.
What program, if any, do you use? - I don't follow any one program any more, I make my own rotations using the DVDs I have on hand.
The programs I have tried though are Jillian Michaels 30DS & her 30 Day Slimdown which incorporates other videos. I also did Turbo Jam Totally Ripped Rotation.
Otherwise I just do whatever I feel like that day, Brazil Butt Lift, P90x, Insanity, Bob Harper workouts, etc.
I do yoga and/or Taebo 2 times a week.
I also do at least one hour of Zumba every week.
I understand. Being a mom takes away "me" time. I just started committing myself to working out again. I want to look good and feel good. Usually, I exercise about 4-5x week, 30-40 mins. I alternate between my Zumba dvds, walking and free weights. Some weeks I don't do that well, but I try to get back on track the next week. I agree, I have so much more energy now and that in turn has improved my overall mood :)
