What kind of music do you like to listen to while working out? Does it help motivate you?
I love listening to fast paced music, especially Latin and dance/club music.
I like two kinds of music when working out. I like fast paced dance music, or something with a heavy beat, usually something like Metallica or Ludacris. Which ever I choose, I always play it LOUD.
Usually I just listen to a mix from Pandora but what usually pumps me up are club remixes of songs and dance music since they are fast paced it keeps me pushing hard.
I like loud music that has alot of beat to it. It definitely motivates me and gets me moving.
