Welcome to our Weight Loss Challenge!
Our Weight Loss Challenge will help you kick-start or re-ignite your weight loss journey the right way with small changes that are possible to attain. You can incorporate them as part of a healthier lifestyle for you, and your family too!
We have also recruited the help of amazing nutrition and fitness experts! They will share their best tips, and answer your questions every week.
From March 26th through April 24th, we'll post a daily weight loss challenge or activity. Each day's challenge is designed to introduce you to a healthy lifestyle and exercise idea, by presenting you with new activities or inspiration to keep you going. You can do these activities whether you're just beginning your weight loss journey or if you've been on your way to your goal weight for a while.
We'll be giving away fun nutrition and fitness prizes throughout the challenge, too! Participate in at least 20 of the 30 challenges, and you will be eligible to win our GRAND PRIZE: a $100 Sears Gift Card!

Official Rules
- All eligible posts must be made between Monday, March 26th 7am EST and Tuesday, April 24th 11pm EST.
- This sweepstakes will end on Tuesday, April 24th 11pm EST.
- One winner from all eligible posts each full week will be selected randomly and one grand prize winner from all eligible posts will be selected randomly.
- The winner will be posted on this thread and will be notified via email.
- Each eligible post is a daily entry in the sweepstakes, but regardless of the number of posts, only the first daily entry per day per user will be entered for the sweepstakes.
- Prizes are only available to those live in the US (void where prohibited).

I would love to do this - however, I am not currently trying to lose any weight just tone up so can I still participate or do you need to lose pounds to qualify?
We have fun exercises to tone up and tips on healthy eating. You don't have to have to lose pounds. Toning up is a great fitness goal as well! Welcome.

I am in. I usually start good then stop. So Mamas Latinas can help me get my butt in gear :)

I already lost 10lbs with a change in diet and keeping track of my caloric intake. I know it is going to get harder to loose weight and I can definitely use more tips and the support of lovely ladies like you to help me shed the extra pounds. =)

would love to join for my whole family. Right now we are doing the walk with walgreens,where we all have a pedometer and we post all our walking or steps on their website.
