Welcome to the MamásLatinas 60-Day Weight Loss Guide!

We are very excited to have you on board today! Whether you were part of the 30-day Weight Loss Challenge, or the 10 Day Weight Loss Guide, or just new around here and want to lose weight, this is the right place for you! With this guide, you will:

  • Learn small changes you can make today to begin losing weight.
  • Get daily tips and ideas on low-calorie recipes and fitness exercises.
  • Get advice from fitness and nutrition experts; and the support from a community of moms just like you!

This is how it works:

1. Every day, log into MamásLatinas and visit this page, where you will find a new weight loss activity or tip.

2. Follow each of the daily activities all the way through the end of the 60-day guide. You are not alone! Other moms are following the same guide with you, or are right behind you. Feel free to talk to them, seek support, advice and more tips and ideas!

3. You will soon begin seeing the results!
