Morning Ladies, I normally have wavy hair. I've recently cut it very short (above my neck line short) I have tried many shampoos including Living Solution ($50 for shampoo & conditioner) my hair looks great the first day but it seems like i need to wash it everyday. Since I blow dry n flat iron it, I don't want to have to wash it every day... any advice ??
;)
Hi! Show us a pic! Oh my! A lot of things could be going on. For example, maybe the hair needs to get used to the new cut. I have your hair, and for me usually it takes up to 10 days for the hair to find its shape and go back to normal. Two, it could be the weather... we know we are not friends with humidity. Try a very moisturizing shampoo (I love anything by Khiels), and then also experiment with dry shampoo or using a large curling iron to revitalize the curl on day 2. But definitely let it breathe for a little bit. Let me know how it goes...
I cut my hair about a week ago & the weather definitly doesn't get along with my hair... I'm going to try ur suggestions & thank u, I'll keep u posted
I don't recommend washing it every day. Try using a dry shampoo. I think Tressemme has one. But I agree with BeautyChica, your hair cut needs to adjust.
Yes! I love Tresemme.

My hair is super curly when it's long, banana curls. It's short, even to my ear lobes. Trying to grow it out now. I was it every other day to every 3 days. it seems to look better after my first day of skipping wash. I just use reg store brand shampoo. I do put in product. Do you? what do you use? hairspray isn't always the answer. I use a wax and works great.
I only use heat protection lotion and serum after I style it.
Do you run your fingers through your hair alot? If so I would try not doing that too much as your hair will get greasy quickly, but dry shampoos are a great idea as well.
