Sunblock/Sunscreen

Do you use a sunblock/screen? Do you use it daily? Year round?

I don't use it daily, but I do use it on days when I know I'll be spending even a small amount of time outdoors.

I don't use it at all but I think I need to start to. I would only use it when I'm at the beach.
