401 K ??!!

Ladies, I've had my 401K for 7 yrs, I occationally move my options around. To be honest, I only do it when I over hear how others gain from thiers. any know how on where to get advice on how to get the most from a 401K ??

How about talking to your employer and see if they will match your contribution? Like if you contribute 4%, see if they will contribute the same to your 401(k).
