I would look at this as a money transaction, not like an emotional deal. It's $1 Million. If he's going to pay you that much, I think you'd have to do the work. LOL.

Actually, my husband and I were talking about this and we both agreed that if either of us was approached by someone who showed us the money, then we'd do it. LOL...it's a million dollars.
