I'd say both wore it nice but Dita wins because of the shoes. IMO they go nicer with dress.

Adoro a Dita ella gano no solo el maquillaje y lo zapatos, el largo del vestido hace que Dita Von Tesse le de mas clase a un vestido tna sencillo

Dita hands down! If Beyonce had worn more classic looking shoes and sported classic red lipstick then I would have said both.
