 I think it's pretty but too girly for me.  I'd wear the cardigan and the shoes though with some jeans.

Dress.. Yes.. Very cute!

Earrings/Necklace.. Yes.. Very vintage.. Loves it!

This outfit is sooooo me. But I agree with CountryLatina87 on the shoes. I'd definitely fall flat on my face in them. No bueno but muy bonito.
