i just recently became a plus size (or at leat i hadnt realise that i was a plus size:( ) n i hate the fact that i caint find anythING THAT SAYS ME N ALSO THAT ALOT OFF PPL WHO R LUS SIZE TEND TO HAVE BIG BOOBS N IM NOT AMONG NYONE ELSO GOING TO THRU THIS?
I've tried both. Cato is not up to my standards and I find the, expensive for their quality. Besides their clothes are a little too colorfull for me. Yes, I think their pants are made for big behinds, but alsomformbig waist, so they do not fit on the waist. The shirts and dresses fit for big breasts, but their sleeveless are made more for average breast women. Torrid is a little too young for me. I am pushing 40 soon and their style is younger. Try Lane Bryant. They have different tyoes of jeans for those with more behinds(still not comfortable enough for mine) and those who have little or none. Their clothes tend to run bigger, but they are not very tailored at the waist. They do have better quality. Avenue has nice clothes, I can't attest for their fitting because I hardle ever go there.

I always go to Torrid or Cato. I love Torrid and there I find pants for me but is too expensive. Cato I can't find pants ever! Have you try there?

I want to know where you are buying because I can never find clothes that fit a big ass. Whatever I find that fkts my waist never fits my ass. Most of them are formbig hips, but no ass.. Also, the skirts are usually longer in the front than in the back, to accomodate the typical american figure with big bellies and no behinds.

I am plus size and have issue to find clothes for two reasons: 1. because I have no ass and aparently if you are plus size you are "supposed" to have a gigantic ass and 2.because the cute plus size clothes is very expensive for me.
Jajaja. I've always been big, but I do have extra big breast , extra big behind and small back and waist. Big legs and thick thighs. I do eat a lot, always have.
Quoting Ms.Wendy:
oh ok,. well im a size away to be plus size then,., but i consider my self fat, big butt,. but no boobs hahah,. i try to eat less but damn i get so hungry lol

Plius size is anything over size 10 nowadays. However, most stores call it plus after XL or size 14.

Me!
I am the heaviest I have ever been. I am on a diet and working at losing weight, but its been a slow process for me.
I used to love to get dressed, and now I feel sloppy all the time. The only thing I feel comfortable in is sweats and shorts. I really haven't shopped for clothes in a while.
yep i usually hit the sales rack or singup for cupons that are very hard to find!!! im not really the type to go shopping for clothes because i usually get handmedowns from friends or fam

Actually a lot of plus size women do not have big boobs, they have wide backs. Most plus size clothes are very small in the chest area. There are plus sizes pretty much in every store, and most of the clothes that theynhave in regular size they also have in plus. They even have the ridiculous, slutty dresses like the Kardashians. Perhaps you are looking at the wrong stores, or maybe you have not accepted the plus size and looked at it with different eyes than you do normal sizes. But there are plenty of trendy, very nice clothes out there.
i recently bought some stuff from a store called rainbow they have nice things that the frist store i have bought since i became a plus size
Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penney, all of them have plus size departments. Macy's and Dillards are more expensive, but if you look for coupons and onjly buy whatever is more than 50% off(which is what I do) you can buy a lot of clothes with $100. I've bought shirts for $5 there. Catherines and Lane Bryant are the same company. Lane Bryant is considered the upscale of them both. They are overprices, but they always have coupons and sales going on. And if you go to the back of the store you can find very good deals. Catherines seems to me like for older women, and very big women. Those are big in the breast and behinds even for me, but every once in a while I might find something. Avenue is more affordable and a little trendy as well. They all have websites where you can check their looks and see if you like it. Torrid is trendy, a little gothic perhaps, but I am too old for that one. Even Talbots, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, Eddie Bauer have plus sizes now.
Also, if you do not mind resale, there are always plus resale stores, and the GoodWill have some good stuff every once in a while. I have been able to find plenty of clothes with their tags still on in there. Same with the shoes, never worn shoes that are worh $100+ I've gotten for $10 dollards.
Just look around. You will find yoru style. I do not recommend Target or WalMart because their clothes are not really made for plus sized women. They are made the same way as regular clothes, just bigger. They do not account for figure and they are usually the same lenght as regular patterns, but a lot wider.
Im a plus size girl and i have the big boobies.. i pretty much shop at ross, dd's and forever21 target, walmart, old navy, deb i use to shop at torrid but there pricey so i tend to pass up on that store and lane bryant ehh never really been a fan of that store

i sure am i gave birth ten months ago and became a plus size right after baby and i need to say i HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i keep looking for clothes for my old body and not too sure how to dress this one what can we doooooooooooooooo i just hate the way my body looks now. i dont have big boobs or a butt i am just flabby all over the place lol
Old navy has a plus size line of clothing. Torrids is good and so is Lane Bryant. The thing to remember is you may have to have clothing tailored. A lot of people tend to thing that its only the "regular" size where tailoring is required but it's also required for plus size clothing too. I am short and plus sized so unless it's a maxi dress, I have to get my dresses shortened so that they fall just at or an inch or two above my knee otherwise it makes my legs look stumpy. I also have to have my shirts tailored because even though I have good sized boobs, My round tummy is bigger so I have to get shirts a size bigger and tailor them around the bust area. I have a friend that has a huge but and slightly wide child bearing hips so she has to get her pants and jeans a size bigger and get them tailored in the waist so their is no gaping in the back
