I would wear this, but I would probably change the skirt to a white skinny jean or a shorter skirt since i'm on the short side this skirt would make me look even shorter lol..

Yes yes yes that is definitely a wear!  In the colder months the cardigan would be long sleeved but in the spring and summer I would wear a short or 3/4 sleeved cardigan.
