I'm Monique; 28 year old work at home mother to five children (collectively known as The Minions). I am a photographer, web designer, blogger, social media maven, occasional gamer, nerd and pixel art hobbyist.
I have, and love, tattoos, own an eclectic collection of music, I'm Team Droid all the way and I'm a bit of a narcissist; I love myself, my family, my life. Always.

As a mother, I am a proud public, extended breastfeeding mom that truly believes in child led weaning. I love baby led weaning {not the same as child led weaning} babywearing, co-sleeping and feel that cry-it-out is not a method, it's frustrating and torturous for all involved. I am anti-spanking, this does not make me a pushover.
I may be semi-crunchy, and set in my ways, but I embrace the differences in parenting, as long as you're not a douche about it. I take my privilege to be a mother very seriously, but I parent on a very down to Earth level.
